1. What made you start a food truck business?
I tapped into an insight of wanting to meet the cravings of professional women in office buildings. They needed something fun to get out of the office and needed something yummy for an afternoon break.

Red velvet- its everyone's favorite. Then our McDreamy, partially due to the name and due to the amazing moistness and creaminess of the cupcake.

3. What problems did you run into when trying to set up your truck?
We were the first food truck in Chicago so it was very tough. Restaurants did not want food trucks, and the city didn't know what to do with us. There were no set "food truck" laws so we had to abide by a mixture of laws in the beginning.

A driver tried to go in the Target parking lot and tore the generator and two air conditioning units off of the roof and of course, part of the roof. The total expense was $8,500, and this was about one year after starting so it was very tough!

We have built a relationship with our "stalkers" via social media, and we continue to lure them back with out of this world desserts. We are constantly innovating and focused on delivering a quality product that is out of this world and worth the calories.
